"The inside of the apartment was decorated, and "homey". It had all the appliances/cookware that you would need for a short stay. There is a nice area about a 15-minute walk from the apartment on W 46th St for food, coffee, groceries, and to walk around. Our host was very friendly and always replied very quickly to any questions that we had. The immediate area around the apartment is not the nicest, and you do have to pay to use the washer/dryer in the apartment complex."

"Our host responded quickly to our issue of no Internet connection due to inaccurate PW and IP address. We tried all combinations and unable to connect during our stay. . Apt was clean but is alot smaller than pictures appear . Apt walls are very thin and we could hear everything above and beside us . Resident above were moving stuff across the floor at 3 AM!!!. Dumpster pick up at 11:45 PM and 4 AM very loud. . Not convenient to have to to have to register car every 24 hrs. Also extra 35 ...

"Pretty much liked everything about this place. The complex itself is nice, the place seems to have been recently updated with a great big flat screen T.V. Great wifi. I will be staying here again"

"Our stay was just okay. The area is very noisy, not a restful night for any of us. There is heavy traffic and road noise along with “neighbors” being unnecessarily loud/arguing during the night. It was a challenge to find accommodations that met our travel needs, and this unit was the best choice. It does have all of the necessary “comforts of home” and we appreciated the secure parking. "

"I arrived to the unit not being clean and started to clean it myself including starting a laundry for the bedding and threw in some of my clothes and reaching out to the host. They said they hadn't cleaned the unit and someone would be there soon so I had to leave at check in time. They also thew away the clothes I'd thrown in the washer since I didn't warm the host fast enough. They said they'd refund my cleaning fee for cleaning up and money for my clothes. "I cannot recommend this property. We reserved this studio for one month and arrived in the evening. An envelope with the studio number was on the counter and we thought it was a typical “welcome letter”. We opened it and found a notice to the host, Braden Scriven, to “vacate for nonpayment of rent, utilities, or other sums” effective 2 days after our arrival.
