A unique two-bedroom in the Axtel building with great access to the Resort slopes and trail systems. The entrance is located on the parking lot side, on the fourth floor with ski and bike closet storage on the ground floor, slope side. Upon entering, you’ll step into the living room featuring an electric fireplace and flat-screen TV just above. Additional seating for 5 is available in the built-in granite dining room overlooking the kitchen. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you’ll need to cook a meal. Guest bedroom with king bed located on the entry floor. A stacked washer and dryer can also be found in the guest bedroom closet. Moving up the open staircase that wraps around the living room, you’ll find a bonus loft living room with a couch (sleeper sofa) and chair, and a flat-screen TV. Off of the loft is the entry to the king master bedroom. Complete with a reading nook and flat screen TV for whichever suits your mood. Designer master bathroom with deep jetted tub and custom tile work throughout. Please note, this condo requires quite a few stairs but the location is unparalleled. Strict parking for 1 on-site. The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. Axtel is within close walking distance of the main transit center. Summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes.
