The main living area has vaulted ceilings, a state of art kitchen, seated dining area with walkout access to the deck. This floor features a ½ bath, TV/Entertainment, pull out sofa and mudroom with washer/dryer. Chef’s kitchen features a gas stove, toaster oven, (filters and good coffee provided!), french press, microwave, and is well-appointed for use during your stay.

Downstairs features 3 carpeted bedrooms that sleep up to 8 and are almost equal in size.

We are located just past (~1.5 miles) Mt. Crested Butte Resort right off Gothic near the Mt. CB Town Hall/Police Station, and approx. 4 miles to downtown CB. The free shuttle service called First Tracks. Simply download the app and schedule a pickup/drop off from this home to the base area. If you go “out on the town” feel free to use the free bus service from the town of CB to Mountaineer square then schedule the free first tracks shuttle to bring you straight to your front door.

CB is a small town that is easy to get around. Our place has privacy, views, and access to make your trip next-level! The house is less than 1 mile from several hiking trails.

PARKING PLAN: There is no street parking allowed in Mtn. CB. All guests must park in the driveway. We recommend a max of 3 cars with one in the garage, and the other 2 parked close to the house and not blocking access from the road. This is especially important in the winter to allow for plow access. Snow removal is done when we have 5" or more. One additional car, up to 4 total may be allowed in the Summer months.

Cleaning fees are pass through, this is a mountain with a labor shortage, high costs and living wages are paid.
