The Jokerville is your home away from home & the perfect basecamp for all your CB adventures. It has the comforts & amenities of home, plus convenience for everything with its ideal in-town location. Being pet and child-friendly, everyone can come along! Just 1.5 blocks to the grocery store, bus stop, movie theater, and 1/2 block to the town park where the infamous Alpenglow concerts are held. It's across the street from the school. Just minutes from nordic, hiking & biking trails & 4 parks.
The space
Our townhome is comfortable, clean, new and fresh. The high-end finishes, new furniture, new towels, and linens give it a refined but relaxed feeling. On the first floor, you're welcomed with a spacious entryway that is supplied with lots of hooks for hanging jackets, backpacks, walking sticks, etc. There are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, the washer/dryer. The first-floor bedrooms each have a new, comfortable queen bed, and in 1 bedroom there is a twin bed. There is a twin air mattress available for use in the second bedroom. The middle floor is where you'll find the kitchen, living, dining areas. The open floor plan allows for great communication with everyone and plenty of elbow room. There are many south facing windows that allow the sun to shine in, making it bright, sunny and cozy. The spacious master bedroom is located on the third floor. It has a king bed, a twin bed, and a full bed and an ensuite bathroom. Being on the third floor, the master is close to everything but can offer a private getaway when needed.

Our bed configuration offers a tremendous amount of flexibility for various sleeping arrangements to accommodate many scenarios...1 - 3 couples, 1 - 3 families, a large family, extended family, groups of friends! We also have The Red Lady Guesthouse, another AirBnB rental 3 doors down on the same block. It has almost the same layout. This allows for a large group to be in very close proximity to each other. Great for weddings, family reunions, company parties, special events, etc.
There is a patio off the front of the house. It has a grill and offers a nice place for an afternoon or evening drink.
There are 2 off-street parking spaces provided. In the summer there is plenty of other street parking and parking at the school lot available. In the winter, we do have additional off-street parking available about 1 block away. This allows you to not have to move your vehicles from side to side due to winter parking regulations.
There is a Pack & Play crib available upon request, free of charge. Other Kiddo equipment can be rented from Little Sparrow.
We provide 2 townie bikes for your use during your stay. This offers a convenient way to get to the grocery store or downtown.
Guest access
The entire townhome is available to the guests. There is a front yard, side yard, and patio area as well.
Other things to note
PETS: Dogs are welcome with a 95 per dog pet fee and is collected via Airbnb Resolution Center, cash or check upon check-in. Due to allergies, cats are not allowed. Excessive barking, any scratching or on-furniture lounging will not be allowed. Damages caused by pets will be taken out of the damage deposit.
LENGTH OF STAY: Some events and holidays may have a longer than advertised, but flexible, required stay. Shorter last minute stays will be considered, so please inquire.
