The house is only a few steps from the free shuttle to the ski area. The main house offers a haven for family gatherings and festive celebrations with indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. There is a separate heated private office used for work or an additional living area.
The main home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a generous living area. The home's main floor bedrooms are generously sized, offering plenty of space for kids or guests. The kitchen is a culinary dream with a quaint breakfast nook overlooking the private backyard that is a true oasis in the summer. The centerpiece of the kitchen is the vintage vibe of the Big Chill retro fridge. The primary suite, located on the second floor, is nestled amongst the beautiful Aspen trees with views of Crested Butte Mountain and Gibson Ridge with expansive south-facing windows that bring in natural light. The charming en-suite bathroom has been recently remodeled. The main house offers three off-street parking spaces.
