"The staff is very nice and accommodating. From the front desk, breakfast and housekeeping was nice. I rated low on maintenance and cleanliness due to my experiences. This is my second time here and it is fairly new and appears clean but both times I’ve stayed here the shower wasn’t clean properly, hair on the floor of the shower. Which is disgusting and concerns me if everything is sanitized and cleaned properly. Next was the inconvenience one of the elevators stopped working. Which was scary...

"便利で、素晴らしいサービスです。ロビーには常にコーヒー、お湯、飲料水が用意され、インスタントのココアや紅茶を利用することもできます。フロントに電子レンジが2台あり使用可能です。毎日夕方には手作りクッキーも用意され、とても美味しかったです。 朝食はセルフサービスですが、数種類のパンやデニッシュ、マフィンがあります。シリアルやヨーグルトの他、バナナやみかん、リンゴなどのフルーツもあります。卵料理やベーコンなど温かい料理もあり、満足できる内容です。ワッフルメーカーもあり、使い方がわからなければスタッフの方が親切に教えてくれます。 近くにはピザ屋やお惣菜屋さん、ケーキ屋さんもありとても便利です。ここに泊まって良かったです。"
