"Laura was a great host. The apartment is quite a challenge to find for the first time , she was on hand to guide us . She also spent a lot of time giving us tourist ideas of where to go and what to see , and with WhatsApp she was always on hand to answer questions. The apartment was delightful, perfect for 2 people with everything you could need in it ( UK people , remember to bring a power adaptor to convert from Euro style to UK ) . "The unique thing about this property is the property manager(s). Ensured that my stay was excellent. The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."

"Keurig modern appartement op 10 min lopen van centrum Arona. Communicatie met de eigenaar is prettig. Buiten zitten op balkon kan zowel in de zon als onder het zonnescherm. Parkeer ruimte is gratis en voldoende aanwezig, wij konden altijd direct voor de ingang parkeren. Wat ik miste waren bier en wijnglazen, maar goed nu hebben we de limonade glazen gebruikt. Prijs en kwaliteit van het appartement zijn volgens mijn mening in goede verhouding. Wij gaan elk jaar ergens anders op vakantie, maar...

"Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (insbesondere die Küche). Der See ist in nächster Nähe und auch an Wandermöglichkeiten hapert es nicht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und stand uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt etwas versteckt zwischen anderen Häusern und ist etwas dunkel. Wer es kühl, ruhig und zurückgezogen mag ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank für die schöne und entspannte Zeit!"

"Such a perfect spot to land after our flight from the US to Milan. Miranda made us feel so welcome! Our son slept on the main floor, we slept upstairs. Perfect small european kitchen with everything we needed for home-cooked meals. Lovely restaurant cafe in this charming small town. We even came back for a few days' stay later during our trip, did our laundry, hung to dry on Miranda's clothesline. Really such perfect and unique spot!!"

"A delightful little haven in easy driving distance of the Italian lakes with a swimming pool. Sheer bliss! We have to say that Ilaria is the hostess with the mostess. Help was a telephone call away and when our hire car got a small bump (which could have cost us a huge fortune back at the airport) she made contact with a garage in Bolzano and sorted everything for us. Thank you so much. The only thing I would warn UK visitors about is the propensity of speed camera in northern Italy, be warned...

"We had a lovely 4 day stay in Pella in early October at the end of our 2 week Italian tour. We'd had a busy time and Pella was just the perfect ending to our trip. The village is beautiful with just the right amenities to get by, the local shop is next door and has all the essentials, anf there are 2 restaurants and a gelateria by the lakeside. The appartment is well equipped and comfortable adn Fabrizio was the perfect host, with his son even coming to pick us up from the railway station! I...

"Die Wohnung ist schön, geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, alles funktioniert. Auf dem kleinen Balkon kann man nur zu zweit sitzen.. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super- man ist in wenigen Schritten im Zentrum, am See und vor allem an der Schiffsanlegestelle. Alle Geschäfte, auch ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass sich nebenan eine „Birreria“ befindet, in der (außer sonntags) bis spät in die Nacht gefeiert wurde....
