"Hotel management was aware that there is an annual outdoor theatrical performance directly adjacent to the hotel that runs from 22:00-00:30 for a number of days. It was so incredibly loud. Hotel management should have notified guests ahead of time and at least provided earplugs. I had a long day of travel and an early morning appointment. When I called that hotel staff that night and spoke with them the following morning at checkout they made me feel like the problem. That’s not hospitality! They could have offered a change of room, a free breakfast, a late checkout, a partial refund, but no, I was told to call the police and that no one else complained. The quality of staff matters in hospitality. Someone should take a star away from this hotel."

"Friendly staff, great location by 10 minutes walk to the city's landmarks, 100 meters from train station and 15 minutes walk to the bus station Albi Gare Routieres, easy to connect with other cities like Castres, Cordes Sur Ciel. Great for families, friends or couples looking for getaways in the South of France."
