Cleanliness for me is paramount when choosing where to stay and this hotel made me feel comfortable and reassured. The room was very clean! The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great. As per most hotels, their fitness room is not well equipped and could really be improved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great stay in Milan. Just to note, the walking distance to the nearest metro station is approximately a 15 minutes away if you don’t mind that. "

"I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The staff became like family for my time there and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention to Angelo, Anna and Elizabeth who always greeted me with such kindness and beautiful smiles. Always happy to have a chat and were genuinely interested in what I had done that day. I needed a late check out and it was mo trouble. Everything was so convenient and the food at the restaurant was incredible especially the risotto and the tiramisu! I will miss it a lot.
