"We really enjoyed the uniqueness of the apartment as well as the location. We had our two daughters with us (19 and 25), the bedrooms were a little tight, but we understood that would be the case when we booked. The check-in process was a bit tedious (first time I've had to send pictures of the water and electric meter before and after a stay). The architecture and decor of the apartment was well thought out and probably the highlight for us. The only negative part of our stay was the bugs...

"Unsere Anreise war durch eine Autopanne um fünf Stunden verspätet. In Dunkelheit und im Regen begaben wir uns auf die Suche nach dem Schlüssel. Die angegebene Adresse war nicht ganz korrekt - abgesehen davon, dass der Straßenname an einer Hausfassade ausgeblichen und unlesbar war konnten wir auch die angegebene Hausnummer 9 nicht finden. Heute glauben wir, dass uns der San Bartholomeo geführt hat, so dass wir an einem Eingangstor mit der Nummer 25 ein Schild „Casa dei libri entdeckt haben und...

"Jolie maison, propre et tres bien équipée avec terrasse avec une belle vue sur le Lac de Côme a 10mn de Menaggio. Place de parking devant la maison et commerces et plage au centre du village accessibles a 5mn a pieds. Nous avons été tres bien reçus par les propriétaires. Jardin avec belle vue sur le lac accessible par quelques marches au dessus de la maison, très typique au Lac de Côme. Restaurant au village avec très bonnes pizzas! Nous recommandons!"

"Perfektes Haus. Alles sehr sauber. Gut ausgestattet. Die Organisation der Reise war super. Die Übergabe und Einweisung vor Ort war einwandfrei. Man kann sehr viel unternehmen vor Ort und in der näheren Umgebung. Perfekter Urlaub zum ausspannen. Perfekte Aussicht. Restaurants im Ort und auf dem Berg sehr zu empfehlen. Viele Wanderwege am Ort."

"Grundsätzlich gut. Einiges sollte in der Wohnung gemacht werden! Im 3. Zimmer neue Matrazen und 1 neuer Lattenrost. Die TV Anlage hat nicht funktioniert und müsste von einem Fachmann geprüft werden. Sonst sehr gut. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon und sehr ruhig gelegen."

"Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend ein Upgrade. Vor allem die Betten und Matratzen sowie Bettwäsche. Das Schlafsofa ist aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr für mehr als eine Übernachtung zumutbar. Die Bäder waren okay, aber mindestens 35/40 Jahre nicht daran gemacht. Die Möbel an sich erwecken den Eindruck, dass alles was zu Hause nicht mehr benötigt wird, wird hier rübergebracht. Der Plastiktisch und die Stühle dazu auf der oberen Ebene vor dem Haus müssen dringend entsorgt...

"This property has a big problem that you only realise on arrival. There are 134 narrow and steep steps (around 8 storeys) to climb to bring up your luggage (and groceries during your stay). When travelling with an infant and a pregnant wife this is far from ideal. Once you make it up, though, the view pays off the climb. It is stunning! However, mosquitoes won't let you enjoy it for long. Those little things are vicious! Another issue we found was that the garden was not fenced so or daughter...

"Chalets sympa mais il a fait tres chaud et comme ce sont des chalets ils ne sont pas isolés. Bien équipés et propres. Il y a le lac au bout. Tres joli. Un petit resto correct. Le reste du camping n est pas top. Les dalles de la piscine s enleve et les toboggans ne sont pas toujours ouverts quant aux horaires 10h_19h en été c est pas bcp."

"Molly & Giovanni were so gracious and kind, & went above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best it could be! The apartment is perfect, and everything is there to cook, or enjoy a glass of wine out in the serene garden overlooking Lake Lugano. Fresh lavender , roses and sage surround you! Very relaxing after a day of exploring. Molly promptly responds, and always had a helpful suggestion to make our trip better."

"The views and atmosphere are fantastic. The accommodation is great. The only issue is the standard "staying in an old Italian place" problem - Parking. It would be a good improvement to have guaranteed parking for the accommodation."
