We had a nice week, seeing the ocean from the windows and being able to walk the beach was nice. And being only 20 minutes from Redwood forest was great! The house met all our needs and was very clean, thank you!
Great centrally located place for Redwoods and exploring tide pools. Walked across road and down the steps to beach to explore tide pools and a short drive to Redwoods. The house had everything we needed for our stay.
We were pleasantly surprised how homey and comfortable the house is. Fantastic ocean view. We enjoyed our staty. We will definitely mark this house as place to come back to.
Celebrated anniversary-great base for viewing redwoods. Quiet neighborhood with great ocean view. Enjoyed sitting out front and watching beautiful sunsets.
Lovely quaint house. Has the most fantastic view and beautiful sunsets. Close to places to eat and all the parks. House is well stocked with lots of little extras and a garage to park your car!
We LOVED this property! The house was clean, fully stocked, and had very comfortable beds to crash in after long hikes through the Redwoods. We spent hours on the front porch playing games while listening to the ocean. If we find ourselves in the area again we will stay here!
Very relaxing and clean atmosphere. Upon walking in us girls loved our ocean view and beach bungalow. We felt right at home and loved our nights and girl chat in the eve and morn watching the ocean.
Stayed a four nights to explore the coast and Redwoods National Park. You can’t beat the views! This was a very relaxing home to listen to the waves while outside and enjoy the view from the dining room. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook in. Beds were very comfortable. This is a great place and value to stay at while exploring the area. Would definitely book again if/when I returned to the area.
This is a wonderful two-bedroom house, perfect for old friends to gather for a couple of days. Randy was great, helping us navigate the TV and Wi-Fi, being as tech challenged as we are. The sunsets were beautiful from the dining room. I look forward to our next stay.
pictures do not do the view justice
absolutley stunning. The sunset form the window is amazing and location is perfect for both Oregon coastline and the Redwoods. The beds and couch were both comfy and we were impressed. all around at the little extras in the kitchen
Stunning view in a beautifully renovated home that comfortably fit 2 adult couples. We walked the beach & explored tide pools one morning (across the street); took a short drive to the lighthouse and saw a whale spouting, one afternoon. Drove a half hour to explore ancient Redwoods. Then sipped wine & watched the sunset from the dining room table.
My favorite part was definitely the location where I could see sunset from dining table and walk across the street to the beach. Nice big garage to park vehicle too, as well as driveway parking. Nice little sitting area out front. Older home with darker bedrooms, but just sleeping there anyway. Too many great things to do outdoors! Didn’t cook much, but kitchen seemed well
supplied.
Our family of three visited Cresent City to see the Redwoods. This property was at a great location. The house is a very cute older, very well kept home. We loved being able to walk the beach at low tide, finding lots of starfish on our walks. The sunsets were amazing to watch from our front porch. We really enjoyed the gas grill and used it daily to cook our freshly caught fish; the cooler in the garage was great to have so we could load it with ice to get our fresh fish back to the house. The gas firepit was one of our favorite accommodations, we spent almost every evening watching the sunset and enjoying quality family time around it. The Bluetooth speaker was another added bonus as we sat around the firepit. I messaged the property owner on the last night to let him know we used up all the propane in the firepit ( as we enjoyed it that much) and just wanted to make sure he was aware so the next person would also be able to enjoy it; i didnt see the immediate response and within a few minutes he called me to make sure we were okay without it...awesome customer service! The only thing that was missing was some food storage containers to keep our leftovers in.
My husband and I had the BEST time at this location! Upon arrival, we were met with stunning views of the ocean at sunset. It is truly a beautiful location and the house is situated conveniently along the coast. We walked out each morning and enjoyed walking and running right there on the little road along the coast. Lots of other people were also out walking, running, biking, so it was a quiet yet active community. We also walked down to the beach at low tide to explore tidal pools and enjoyed hearing and seeing the seals! We took quick trips into Jedediah State Park (maybe just 15-20 min away) to hike and explore the redwoods. That’s a definite must-do! We biked (nice bikes provided!!) along the coastal road over to Paragon Coffee which was really good. We ate twice at Crescent Seafood (excellent and so fresh!) For everything else, we cooked at the house because it was generously stocked with utensils, plates, cookware, and everything we needed. The house itself is very clean and the king bed was soooo comfortable. We both slept really well. The furnishings and appliances are nice and comfortable and we had everything we could have possibly needed! We would absolutely come back and we highly recommend the house to others. Seriously, if the house is available, book it!
We are four seniors traveling from the Bay Area. A long drive, yes. But when we arrived and stepped into our Pebble Beach home and a weeks stay, our spirits lifted and you couldn’t get the smiles off our faces.
The ocean is directly across Pebble Beach drive. You hear the roar of the ocean. You hear the seals. Your eyes watch the swells hit the rocks visible off shore. It’s beautiful.
Two bed rooms, both with bathrooms, were a nice size and very comfortable. We brought food and found the kitchen stocked with what we needed to get both breakfast and dinner on the table.
There are three areas where you can view the beautiful Pacific. The dining area, a sitting room and the living room. It was there where we would plan our outings from the many magazines and brochures left on a table. We chose the light house and pier. Visited a museum and walked around the area. Walked many redwood forests, visited small towns and even went into Oregon. But our favorite was “Stout Grove”. This beautiful old growth redwood grove should not be missed.
We all were very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone interested in the area.
