This cosy holiday home in Miholašćica on the island of Cres offers the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday. Spread over two floors, you have around 65 m² of living space as well as a private outdoor area with a terrace and garden – perfect for families, couples or small groups.



On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there is a bright living space with a cosy sofa (foldable for two people), satellite TV, and a traditional stove. A second bedroom with a double bed completes the sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, a wardrobe, and blackout options for restful sleep.



The terrace with seating options and sun loungers invites you to relaxed hours outdoors. A grill and the small garden round off the ambience. From the house, it is only a few steps to the sea with its child-friendly pebble beaches and crystal-clear water. Other beaches with rocks or bathing plateaus are also within walking distance.



The house is fully equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, heating and modern kitchen utensils such as microwave, espresso machine, filter coffee maker and toaster. Two parking spaces (one of which is covered) are available directly at the property. Pets are welcome (for a fee).



In the neighbouring Martinscica, boat trips are offered, and a boat mooring for small boats (up to approx. 5 m) is available upon request directly at the holiday home (for a fee). This allows guests to explore the Kvarner Bay from the water.



Miholašćica itself is a quiet, authentic place without mass tourism. Restaurants, cafés, a small supermarket and a church are located in the immediate vicinity and give the place its special charm. Hiking, cycling, snorkelling or diving - the surroundings offer numerous opportunities for active and relaxing holiday days.
