"NH Orio al Serio Hotel was very convenient, with a short and safe walk from the airport. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of choices. The staff were warm and helpful, especially Michele, who made us feel very welcome and accommodated our late 1:00 a.m. check-in."

"Everything at the hotel was good, I would not rated it a four star, but I would rated a three star everyone there was kind and helpful with the exception of one young blonde woman that worked the front desk. She never seemed happy,She always had a scowl on her face. The food was very good. Also, the drinks were good. Parking was very easy and the hotel was in a good location, just outside of Milan and close to the metro. Everything in the hotel looks fairly new, according to the general manager, it had been refurbished about 1 1/2 years ago."

"Hotel is lovely with crazy golf, a gym and a lovely garden area. However lights on our corridor on floor two were out for the duration of our stay. Informed staff but issue was not rectified. Difficult to access rooms in the dark. Only one waitress employed so could only book dinner one night in the hotel. We were provided with a list of restaurants near by but a car is required. We travelled to three on the list that’s were closed down. Frustrating that they were still provided as an alternative option for food by the hotel."
