"The setting of the Greenhouse is spectacular. The house itself is immaculately appointed, very private and quiet. Perhaps the best part is the owner who is a most gracious host. Can’t wait to return."

"The property and views were wonderful and Mr. Luigi was fantastic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is."

"We had a wonderful week at Villa Moiacchina. Is the perfect place for discovering the region around lake Como and Milano. The Villa has everything you need: a kitchen with all the things you need to cook by yourself, a bath with a whirlpool and a great garden area with pool and whirlpool and a fence all around. Our dogs loved the garden! The weather wasn’t that good end of May 2023 so we couldn’t use the garden and pool so often. But it must be a paradise in sunny and hot weather. Check in was...

"July 2016 We are home after a week in villa Betulla. The villa is very beautifully located in lovely surroundings and with a fantastic view over the mountains. It was easy to find with the help from the office, but some of us came on our own later and had great difficulties to find it. The GPS could not locate the house with the address indicated. "The villa was beautiful! Had two balconies to chose from which both overlooked the lake. The bathroom was modern and even had a sauna inside. Parking can be slightly difficult to find but we were lucky during our stay to find spaces not too far away from the villa"

"We loved our stay. The villa has everything you’d need: sauna, hot tub, table tennis, games, and lots of extra space, towels and bedding. The kitchen was well stocked. The property manager was very responsive and extra helpful when we had questions. She even met us at the property and gave us local recommendations. Great place to stay with a large group. "

"Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay at the villa. The property and grounds were pristine. We had the chef prepare our dinners and would highly recommend, he did an excellent job! We also had an unforgettable 6 hour private boat tour of the lake, it's a must do if you stay at the villa! The host Francesco went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing one, and we look forward to staying here on our next trip to Lake Como. Five stars and two thumbs up for this property and host!"
