"The really nice staff made us feel very welcome. If you're a good walker, you can walk to the Cita' Alta from the hotel. The rooms are bright, airy, and clean. Nice decor too. We had a room over the street, but the solid windows kept car traffic noise to a minimum. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel."

"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

Også proceduren ved oplåsning af værelset var mangelfuld og krævede en opringning. TV's fjernbetjening var speciel og for at få lyd på TV'et måtte vi 2. dagen påny ringe til værten, der senere kom og fik det til at virke. Når man har et hotel der skal betjenes af...
