"This property is a beautiful place to stay! It is large enough for my family to stay in and enjoy the Pagosa Springs area. We took advantage of the jacuzzi and pool table when we were not out and about enjoying the area. The balcony views were the best. We will definitely look for this property next time we visit Pagosa Springs. Thank you."

"House was built in 1906, so a bit rustic but quite roomy and comfortable with 2 bedrooms. 2 baths, full kitchen and living room. Shower in one bath was pretty small, and most windows can't be opened. Pretty much in the heart of the small town of Silverton, easy walk to restaurants and shops as well as to trail along Animas River. Good access to lots of good hiking in the San Juans."

"We had a great time staying on Lake Pagosa. It was close to a lot of great trails and things to do with my family. It was nice to come back to the house after a long day of hiking and just sit on the porch and enjoy the evening. We rented the kayaks they offered at the property and we had a great time on the lake. "
