"This is an amazing hotel. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The location is excellent and within walking distance of many attractions. We had to change our room because the AC was not working and the staff upgraded us to a much larger room and the AC worked fine. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that’s planning to stay in Vicenzia."

"The rooms, staff and bar were impeccable and well stocked. The location was a little outside of the main touristy areas so you would need a vehicle to traverse anywhere and the restaurant menu was a little lacking in choice, but there were a multitude of restaurants within a 5 minute cab journey from the hotel."

"Amazing hotel that’s close to everything in Vicenza. Air conditioning and the swimming pool were an added bonus. Not an issue, but the rooms don’t have microwaves. Breakfast was delicious every day of our stay!"

"Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff , We had to hire a kettle to make a coffee in our room ,that was 6 euros a day . You would think a kettle is standard in a room , Good position for the train station and getting to tge shops & restaurants. Continental breakfast was good , plenty to choose from."
