"Excellent hotel for this price point. If you’re looking for a Hilton move on but if you want clean rooms and a great staff this is it. Oh and the free breakfast is excellent, love the make your own waffles. Bacon and sausages are not greasy, eggs are fluffy. The kids enjoyed the pool and next time I’ll try out the gym. I love this hotel, great amenities friendly staff. I’ll be returning. "

"We love staying at the Polynesian! The rooms are so spacious and a terrific value for what they charge. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our go-to place when we stay at Ocean Shores! "

"Really friendly and professional staff. The property was spotless in the rooms and commen spaces. Just a heads up that these are privately owned units and the decorations and furnishings vary.Unfortunately our bed in 307 was like sleeping on a plywood plank with bed springs painfully jabbing your body making it impossible to sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Other guests told us they had comfy beds with no issues. So, avoid 307 is all i can say. -- we will visit again, like previously stated, very nice place, just not that room. "

"We put the sign on the door asking for our room to be cleaned while we were gone after two nights, we were gone 6 hours but the room wasn't cleaned. I had to go to the front desk and get supplies, towels, coffee, garbage bags, which would have been replaced by a maid. I told them no one came to do the room and other than getting the items I requested they didn't offer to make it right."

"The property had an ok area to take my dog. The area would have been better had it been mowed. The website advertised breakfast. The breakfast consisted of bagels, muffins, apples, and packaged oatmeal. No milk. No cream cheese. Old packaged fruit spread. The room was clean."

"Breakfast was okay. Roll away bed mattress need to be changes it’s to thin. Spring can be felt when you lay on it. "

"The rooms were clean and an adequate daily breakfast with choice of breads and bagels, yogurt, fruit cups, cereals, juices, hot chocolate, tea, coffee. It was very affordable in April…$63 a night for two queens. I would stay again"
