Inrichting kan wat moderner en vereist hier en daar wat aandacht (afgebladderde buitendeur; plakplastic op de vloer), het servies was wat summier (wel een kaasschaaf, hoera!), en goede sfeerverlichting zou ook fijn zijn. Maar al met al fijne plek op een bijzondere plek - het hart van een prachtig oud stadje."

"l appartement en lui meme est très bien place cependant le ménage n'es pas fait correctement (poussière) les équipements de cuisine ne sont pas prévu pour 4 personnes et les lits ne sont pas faits a l'arrivée une fois la réservation faites on vous demande une somme en plus pour juste poser sur les lits a vous de les faires attention également au escaliers pour rejoindre l'appartement ma mère de 78 ans était avec nous et elle avais énormement de mal a monter."

"The bed was up dangerous stairs with no room to put clothes or luggage anywhere in the apt. Also, the pillow cases felt dirty. The bathroom was disgusting - the shower sprayed all over and into the bedroom. "

"Not initially supplied with directions on how to enter the building or our room. Not sure who was responsible for supplying that. Refrigerator did not work in the bedroom. Odd plastic floor covering. On the positive side the space was large and the bed was very comfortable. Once we contacted the manager she responded quickly to get us entry information."

"The apartment was perfect for us. A quiet street near shops, restaurants and points of interest. Joce met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay, including laundry and kitchen use. She also helped us when we left- she is an excellent host. The parking close by was a big help, too."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It's minutes walk from the downtown center of Beaune and was a very spacious unit. As mentioned in several reviews, the stairs up are reminiscent of an old castle staircase, what you would expect in a home of this age in Beaune, so if you can't stand to carry your bag up stairs, it wouldn't be for you. We are middle-age and healthy so we had no issue. I would definitely stay at this unit again."

"Sylvie’s place could not have been in a better location. Everything is either right outside of the building or within a 5-6 minute walk. We had a 1 year old baby with us so it was great to be able to pop back to the apartment for nap times and then be right back out in the action after the naps ended. This was the third stop on our tour of France and it was great to finally have A/C. It was a relief to come back to a nice cool air conditioned apartment. Would absolutely stay again"
