"Excellent location to a variety of tourist attractions that are within walking distance. Everything you would need is within walking area of The Cottage. Knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating hosts. Would stay here again if we ever make it back to Memphis. We only wished we could have stayed longer because we enjoyed it so much there."

"Tim the property manager was great! The rental was cold, uncomfortable & had a leak in the kitchen pantry! Black mold on the ceiling where it was leaking & a bowl full of nasty water from the leak was right next to the plates & Bowles! Cable tv most stations not subscribed to, water heater way to small & had 5 minutes of hot water to shower. The property owners should be ashamed to rent this to anybody!!!"
