"This is a lovely and well appointed little cabin! The view is great, and the hosts were very communicative while offering space and privacy. An excellent base for exploring the upper White Mountains region!"

"InnSeason Pollard Brook is a great place to stay if you are driving the Kancamagus Highway 112 to see the fall colors. Make a stop at the Welcome Center before you start your drive. They have a good map of the Highway with the overlooks and turnouts marked. The attendants were very informative. The inn is also located by a verity of restaurants. The rooms have full kitchens which is nice, as well. I would stay there again."

"Better than we expected! Home was spacious, beautiful, clean, comfortable, - had everything we all needed and then some! Communication was easy, quick - any/all questions answered in a timely and very friendly manner. The property was amazing! Even in May, when it's not always "beautiful" outside, this property was well maintained - trails are well marked and easy to traverse. Plenty of space in the yard (certainly big enough to throw a football!) - LOVED the gravel around the home - no mud...

"Very spacious and clean cabin. Path to the river, for great fishing! Spacious, that we could park out large ATV trailer next the cabin. Loved that there was wood available at the cabin for the fire pit. Host, Sheena, was always helpful.Only downfall, Celli's Pizzeria was completely closed down, with no notification on their web site."

"This place is not as advertised. Nothing about it is updated and the hot tub was so old the cover to it fell apart when I opened it to check the temp. There is no heat except an electric floor heater and the bed is memory foam and a sinking sink hole. The patio where the hot tub was had deep snow and ice and was not safe. Overall exceptionally bad experience. Don’t recommend. Pictures are not accurate. "

"We’ve stayed at this property a few times and it’s always a wonderful stay in the white mountains. Communication was easy, very clean, kitchen has lots of pots, pans, baking dishes etc.. house is dog friendly and lots of places to go for a walk. We are a family of 5 adults and we all fit comfortably. "
