Our host, Anna, was terrific- easy check in, had already advised on best way for us to get from Domodossola to Milan/Malpensa airport when departing so we had out bus tickets booked and so easy transfer to the airport (bus from station, direct), and she provided all assistance requested. "very nice property. villa favorita is the most economy option in the hotel. rooms are nicely appointed, but quite dated - Fotos look too nice, beautiful, very large property, very nice spa, pool and exercise facility, breakfast is nice - buffet and space - weird how there is no direct way to outside. free bikes, however, they are in desperate need of service or replacement. overall very nice stay in beatiful ascona/locarno area"

"wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht mussten aber wegen Krankheit eine stornieren lassen. Dass kostete uns trotz Zeiteinhaltung dann noch 20€.-Aber egal! Das zimmer war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad geräumig, in neu renoviertem Zustand. .Alter solider Bau und daher ohne NEBEN-Geräusche. Das einzige ist für längeren Aufenthalt, dass es nur sehr wenig Tagesliccht rein lässt. Der See mit Badestrand(öffentlich) ist ca. 100m Fussweg. Wir werden wieder hinfahren für kurze Aufenthalte."
