"Beautiful roof top apartment with spacious terrace and gorgeous view of lake Maggiore. Parking was available on the street by the entrance to the building. There is no AC and it was hot in August, however we enjoyed our stay very much. Walkable distance to the ferry and the center. Highly recommended!"

"Sehr schön. Sehr schöner Blick von der großen Terrasse auf den See, abends besonders schön, wenn die Lichter in Stresa oder auf der anderen Seite in Baveno leuchten. Der Strand ist nicht eit weg, vielleicht 15-20 min zu Fuß. Es ist abgeschlossenes Gelände. Das kann man auf einem zur Wohnung gehörigen überdachten Parkplatz abstellen. Kommen bestimmt wieder einmal her. "

"Arrival was a bit confusing: getting a taxi was a small challenge (number posted by phone didn't work). Only one other challenge - finding the Cell number for the host buried in fine print/not obvious in the VRBO! "Zunächst muss man sagen, dass die Aussicht von dort sehr sehr schön ist. Die Komunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Leider ist das Objekt selbst, sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es sollte renoviert werden. Es wäre eigentlich alles da, was man braucht. Die Fotos entsprechen jedoch leider nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zustand. Sorry Marisa, das ist unser Gesamteindruck gewesen. Aber da lässt sich ja etwas ändern."
