"Thanks to a certain airline moving our flight forward to a really early check in, we knew we wouldn't make it from Galway to Shannon in time. Hence the Park Inn was our saviour as it was just a five minute walk to the terminal. Check in staff were lovely, room comfortable. Short sleep but it did the job. Would use again if needed. "

"The hotel was excellent for Disability awareness. The breakfasts were delicious including the omelettes. The staff from receptionist to breakfast servers were kind and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble or time consuming. I would happily stay there again after spending 6 consecutive nights there. My only concern was lack of air conditioning but we were having a heat wave. 😊. Thank you all 😊🌹👏"

"Lovely welcoming hotel. Easy access to public transport and shopping area. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice big bright room with a large comfy bed and a well stocked Nespresso machine. The Rituals toiletries provided added to the luxury of the stay. Little extras in the room were pleasant additions, such as little box of chocolates, slippers & grooming kit to mention a few. Only issues were aesthetic, the lack of doors on the wardrobe and the bathroom could do with being updated. The lack of doors gave an unfinished look to an otherwise perfect room. The decor in the bathroom seemed a little dated. "

"This is a luxury hotel in downtown Limerick. The valet parking was extremely convenient and we were able to walk to a number of excellent restaurants as well as take a walk along the river. The staff was helpful and informative. The room was modern, quiet, and comfortable as well as very clean."
