"Property was spacious and nicely decorated but unfortunately not the cleanest or well soundproofed with flats above and below. The views made up for it but various Crockery and saucepans had to be cleaned before use, rooms were a bit dated with paint chipping off walls in the bathroom and the brambles on the driveway and path leading up-to the property could also do with cutting back. Having said that great location for visiting the beaches and could never tire of the view it gives you."

"We had a few nights stay at this delightful cottage which was very comfortable and cosy. Situated in rural countryside with some very nice pubs in the surrounding areas, one within walking distance. The house catered for all out needs with very comfy beds with large thick towels provided. The house has a large log stove and two fridge/freezers and a local cockerel which is very vocal first this in the morning. Not far to some great beaches like Instow. "Communication from the hosts regarding the apartment was excellent. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and much more spacious than we had originally anticipated when booking. In the centre of the village everything is on your door step and the privacy of being above a commercial property was great. We had a a really wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Perfect for 6 friends on a short weekend surf stay!"
