"Although situated in an area with little to do, the main thoroughfare was a straight shot in either direction, allowing for more choices. The staff (especially the young lady on the evening shift) was very friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and advice. Any shortcomings during the stay were due to the location, rather than the facility or staff. "
"Stayed there for a couple of days after our wedding. The small kitchen was perfect for just the two of us. The hosts have a website set up as a guide to the cottage and surrounding area. It led us to a swimming and fishing area within a 5 minute walk that was very nice. Scout, the neighborhood dog, was very sweet and followed us on our walk while we were still on the property. We hope to come back and stay again some day. Overall a much better value than a hotel."

10/10 Excellent
"There were 3 of us in our party: myself, my mom, and teenage son. We were in the area for a family reunion. While we were not at the place for very long, it was enjoyable while we were there. The host has a funky but classy decor going throughout the home. I enjoyed looking at everything. It is obvious that she has recently remodeled the house since it has all the modern conveniences. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I felt safe where the home was located and it was easy to find. There are only 2 bedrooms with Queen beds which were great for my mom and myself. My son slept on the couch in the living room. That was not the best situation based on the type of furniture that is in there. He would have been more comfortable if I had brought an air mattress for him. The way the house is laid out, the bedrooms are downstairs and the kitchen/living room is upstairs. There is a full bath downstairs that is located between both rooms (which I loved!). There is, also, another full bath upstairs. Both bathrooms are walk-in showers only which worked fine for us. Overall, great stay and I would definitely stay here again if back in the area. "
