"Great accomodation great price"

"No communication about how to get in until I asked so we were stuck outside for half an hour. It was freezing when we got in. Put the heating on straight away and it took about 5 hours to warm up as many of the windows need replacing and two of them are so broken they won't shut. The whole place has a cheap feel, bad bedding, not enough pillows, fridge noisy. I'm glad we only had one night booked. It was fairly clean. Lots of things offered on the website didn't exist, like printer or internet...

"In general the accommodation was pretty nice and well equipped. Nice kitchen if not a bit small but had everything you would need. Reliable broadband internet and good central heating. The host was pretty good in regards to communication etc. especially when the heating stopped working. Some parts of the accommodation look a little bit run down, it could do with a painting to cover up all the obvious touch ups across the walls. The couch is a bit worn with some stains and a wobbly back rest....

"At the time of booking the property was listed as 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps 10. On arrival it had 3 bedrooms, 1bathroom & a downstairs toilet. It would sleep 5 with the double bed shared. The owner did try & make amends by coming round & putting an extra bed up in the lounge but with cameras (don’t know if working) in the lounge & on the landing this was a little disconcerting. He also gave a small refund. There was a lack of cutlery & glasses. Out of date food was left in the fridge. The...
