"What a great convenient site with cozy rooms and an even cozier hot tub"

"The room overall was ok but could use furniture and kitchen appliances and cabinets wet wiped. Also walked into a dishwasher full of dirty dishes with caked on food that didn’t even come clean when washed. There was trash under the beds. The bathroom tub drained very slowly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was as you would expect but area was neat and clean with helpful staff. Pet friendly with ample walking in area. Grounds clean. A lot of restaurants and shops around....

"They are doing updates, the pool was closed, redoing the lobby area. no evening meal service. The location is great, the property is clean, staff very friendly"

"My room had a red spider on the ceiling and a black spider next to the table by the bed. The bathroom sink had hair in it and the shower wasn’t clean. Needless to say I didn’t sleep well and couldn’t wait to leave. Won’t stay there again."

"We checked in late and ended up with a handicap room. The toilet seat was cracked. The shower and floor was dirty and gross. The entire bathroom smelled like a sewer and had a very loud and annoying noise. The breakfast area was dirty and food and coffee were not replaced when empty. The gym had 2 out of 3 treadmills broke and the water dispenser had no water. Other than that, it was okay. Lol!"

"Room was clean but smells like bootie hole!"

"Though it says no smoking, there was smoke smell and cigarette butts everywhere! Elevator was not maintained. The first room we checked on level 1 had stained pillows and moss in bathroom. Only one soap and two towels was a big disappointment. The front desk closes early and opens late. We had to check out early and had to throw the keys in the gap between front desk shutters and desk… not worth the money!!"

"Loved it"

"Great Breakfast and friendly staff! First impressions were great, however after staying the night noticed several things that needed attention. The linens provided for the pullout couch were quite badly stained. Air gaps in the doors, and either thin walls, or not properly insulated had us privy to the neighbours conversations late into the night. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Very clean, good location. Somewhat dated."

"Rooms could use a little updating but very clean."

"Nice place over all."
