"Fi and Peter are very helpful and friendly. The day before we arrived, the Highway to Arthur’s Pass was closed for to heavy snow. Fi monitored the situation closely and kept us informed when the roads finally opened after 6 hours. The motel is clean and well maintained with full kitchen facilities. It was warm and cosy and the hot bath was the best in winter! Highly recommend"

"We absolutely loved this house! The beds were very comfortable, and my hubby especially loved the fireplace. Everything you could possibly need was right there, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The only downside is that the house is quite a distance from Mt Hutt Ski Field. However, overall, everything was great, and we all had such a wonderful time. "

"This was the warmest welcome I have had at an accommodation. The room was Cozy and freshly renovated. Love the spa bath. Felt like we were staying at a friends place while on a ski trip. Great location for the club fields. It’s a gem of a place."

"It's lovely basic bach and comes with a functional kitchen with stove tops and oven. It's near Arthur's Pass railway station and was not positively surprised with the amount of train traffic late at night and early morning, not ideal for light sleepers. Surroundings are stunning though especially with the fresh snow on the mountains. Walking distance to the village."
