⭐ If you are going to stay in Athens, you should definitely stay in Psyri because I can say that it is the most central location. In the middle of all the nice restaurants, bars and squares, the farthest place that is popular and worth seeing is 10 minutes away. We loved Psyri! Orian's house also contributed a lot to our love of Psyri because he used the very small m2 very efficiently, with its large bed, pleasant seating area and bar-type table by the window, you can see the acropolis view and you can both work and enjoy yourself. Orian is also in the top 3 of all the Airbnbs I've stayed in so far, responding super fast, no matter what time it is. Thanks!- Guest review March 2026

Quiet Hours (Greece Regulations)



In accordance with Greek law (Police Order 3/1996), please respect the official quiet hours:



Summer (April 1 – September 30): 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00

Winter (October 1 – March 31): 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30

During quiet hours, the following are strictly prohibited:



Loud music, TV, or any high-volume noise

Shouting, loud conversations, or disruptive gatherings

Singing, playing musical instruments, or dancing noisily

Any activity that may disturb neighbors (including in common or outdoor areas)

Please note that Greek law is strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in fines or legal action.
