"Needs new furniture. All the furniture dinning and living room furniture old and stain. Needs Shower doors in all bathrooms. Water was going all over the floor. Needs new Kitchen cabinets. Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. "This was our first time not staying at an all inclusive resort and we don’t plan on ever going back to an all inclusive. The rooms were great and comfortable the pool and beach access amazing. The maid service was incredible and the personal chef was top of the line. The host helped arrange all of the chef services, a boat ride to Cielo, swimming with dolphins, in house massages and transport to the airport. We will definitely be staying again. "
