"Beautiful Beach, Amazing Staff, and Not-So-Quiet Nights! If you’re looking for a beautiful beach, gorgeous tropical grounds, stiff drinks, and incredibly friendly staff, look no further! We were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and accommodating everyone was throughout our 7 night stay. Our first room wasn’t up to par, but the staff quickly moved us to a second-floor unit overlooking the resort, surrounded by beautiful palm trees. The room was beneath a stunning vaulted thatched roof, adding to the tropical charm. Unfortunately, the design had one major flaw: virtually no soundproofing! We could hear EVERYTHING next door, including a neighbor’s loud snoring that kept waking us throughout the night. Luckily, he rarely returned before 1:30 a.m., giving us some quiet time before the nightly concert next door began! The resort also offers nightly discos and outdoor entertainment. Great if you enjoy evening fun, but not so great if you’re hoping for an early night. The noise made it difficult to sleep before 10 p.m. I wondered how families with little ones managed! The food was very good, and as a non-picky eater, I could always find something delicious. Add the beautiful beach, lovely grounds, and stiff drinks, and there’s plenty to enjoy. Would we recommend it? Absolutely! Just be prepared for some noise if you’re a light sleeper. The outstanding staff and tropical atmosphere made our stay memorable. Better soundproofing would make this resort a 5-star review."

"Cozumel itself is a wonderful place .. we went scuba diving everyday with exceptional instructors and staff at the on site scuba shop, Pro Dive. Food was yummy and rooms are great with air conditioning in the warm weather that works great."

"This was a great boutique hotel and felt Island authentic and staffed by warm people. Unobstructed great views of the Ocean. Only a 8 minute ride (200 pesos) to town. Right next to the Westin so that should tell you everything about the location."

"Beautiful adult only hotel. Pool area is perfect with clean pool I used for water walking. Umbrellas and loungers. Covered area with tables. There was quite a bit outside noise at bedtime. I used a fan app to cover it up, but my husband still had a few nights it bothered him. We will definitely stay here again, maybe try a different room location. We were in a beautiful ocean view corner suite. Extra fee breakfast was very good. Central location in town was exactly what we wanted. Taxi’s waiting outside or close by for early morning excursions. All rooms have showers only so we"
