Claims to have multiple swimming pools, I have only seen 1 in the 4 days I have been here.
Room is small, view is horrible and the balcony has no privacy as they are right next to each other.
Cleanliness is good as the hotel is new.
Bathroom is tiny, knee touches shower screen when sat down.
Shower pressure is low.
Bath towels are quite small.
Room service food was not great.

"Our stay at Mermaid Eco Resort was nowhere near a plain sailing. I booked a Studio room called LAKE OSHO.
We were visiting during the late monsoon & it was drizzling all day.
There was no electricity (because of a phase to ground fault of local electrical line) for a prolonged time from the get go. Even after the power was restored, it didn’t remain seamless. The generator backup was laughable & I might be wrong but didn’t see it in action.
The ventilation fan of the washroom was inoperable....
"I had a very pleasant stay at Best Western Heritage Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good selection. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help.
I would also like to mention Mr. Tarek Aziz, who took the time to ask about my stay and whether I needed anything. His professionalism and genuine care for guests made a positive impression.
