"The property really was perfect for what we wanted. The communication with the owner and property manager was great and they answered all our questions. The Villa was fully equipped and very secure for our two small dogs. The pool was excellent and the outdoor kitchen and shaded seating area were first class. The outdoor kitchen had absolutely everything you could think of. We didn’t cook inside once during our stay. The air con inside worked perfectly and meant we were able to sleep brilliantly...

"Communication was excellent, Carolyn met us at property showed us around, she was really nice. Villa was exceptionally clean with beach towels, and bath towels, all good quality 👌 description of villa was accurate as seen in photo's. "Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. "

"We had an amazing time in Villa Martin this summer, the villa was perfect, the location is exactly what we were looking for, the pool is lovely and just a few minutes walk. The check in/check out was so easy, the key holder was extremely flexible which accommodated our late arrival and early departure. We did have a car and so spent lots of days relaxing at the beach too and the La Zenia Boulevard is only 5 minutes away in the car. "With four elderly people, we stayed there for four weeks. We had a great time. The apartment was in excellent condition. There is very good WiFi and a satellite TV available. The beach was within easy walking distance. The bus connection is good and nearby, with the bus stop at La Rosa. Groceries can be delivered by Mercadona Express from Guardamar.Wim"

"Everything that we could want from the accommodation. The location is quiet but close enough to the town and beaches. The town od sanat Pola is peaceful and ideal if you don't want the busyness of resorts like Alicante or Benidorm. I would highly recommend a stay."
