"Great place to stay"

"It was nice and clean. Everybody was nice."

"Staff made us feel welcome and were very helpful. Showed us where things were explained us when breakfast started and finished. Explained how the breakfast service worked."

"Clean room"

"The person at the front desk was lovely and helpful. The room was clean, and the property was an inconvenient location for restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions . we were on the main floor at the front so it was a bit noisy from the street however we did not realize the windows were open a crack."

"Loved my stay at the hotel , staff were great and friendly. Enjoyed being able to utilise the 24hr onsite cafe and lounge space for iced lattes when needed."

"The building was once a school so quite unique as a hotel. The room and bathroom were quite small but comfortable. The restaurant and bar were a different company so it was not possible to charge anything to our room. Breakfast was a ‘farmhouse table’ of homemade sourdough bread, cheese, charcuterie, smoked salmon, Spanish omelette and granola. I enjoyed; my husband emphatically did not. If you look forward to a traditional cooked breakfast, this one is not for you"

"The hotel itslef is lovely and would stay again, very Scottish. The only issue we encountered is there is no airport shuttle as advertised on Expedia. It was also very difficult to reach a customer service line when calling to inquire."

"We had an executive room and found it very comfortable, spacious and quiet. The hotel is well-located in an area with other hotels and approx 10 minutes' walk from heart of Glasgow. Breakfast was good (although British bread remains awful) and staff were friendly"

"Located at the core of Glasgow west end, this guest house offers a cosy atmosphere and classy traditional Scottish well equipped rooms. Breakfast is offering continental and British options, generously served strait from the kitchen, well cooked using high quality ingredients. Staff is always attentive and helpful."

"Lovely staff, clean room and spacious for three of us staying over. Handy to get about."

"Great location. Great amenities. Rooms were large. Staff were very friendly."

"I chose a single room- it was over 50 steps up from outside. Room15 is small but the window opened which helped. The floor had someone else's peanuts, hair and my white socks were disgusting walking on it. The bed was made for check in day- then it was made like a kid did it with zero enthusiasm and it wasn't made at all the day before I checked out. The shower was ok yet like all the decor- the controls aren't centred-if you had a drink you'd feel extra. Being a lady with long hair I shed a bit...

"Friendly arrival when we arrived. Room was comfortable, with plenty of space to get spread out. Breakfast was good, but limited. Same choice each day. Needs a better variety. Location was good. A 20ish minute walk from the bus station, and similar to the Hydro. Overall value was decent."

"Great Location helpful staff ."
