  • Large open and spacious light filled 3 bedroom x 2 bathroom house located on a large fully enclosed fenced yard located only 800m to the beach at red rocks. It is a situated in middle of cowes close to all aspects and facilities but also far away from the hustle and bustle if needed. Perfect to fulfil everyones needs.

    Please note there are security cameras that have been fitted recently to add extra security to the property.

    The photos do mark a lovely space that features clean furnishings, beds, lounge and kitchen appliances. The lounge has a wood fire heater, kitchen and dining area has air conditioning,

    The house has 2 x flat screen TV's, laminated floors, a lovely outdoor deck area, BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen.

    Bedroom configurations are as follows:
    1 x Queen Bed (with En-suite & built in robe)
    1 x Queen Bed (built in wardrobe)
    1x Bunk Beds and mattress
    1 porta cot

    There is a sofa bed in lounge area that folds out for double bed as well, if some one is having trouble sleeping

    Bathroom configuration:
    1 x En-suite (with shower and toilet)
    1 x Bathroom (with shower and bath)
    1 x Separate toilet

    All beds are equipped with pillows, doonas and doona covers. There is a cleaning fee charged for service.

My friends, my pooch and myself all had a lovely stay here at Anne’s property. There is a huge enclosed yard any dog would would enjoy playing around in and spacious living areas. Only a short walk to the beach, and a quick drive to the Main Street in cowes.

Annual getaway

Our stay was beautifully warm (while inside with heaters and gorgeous fire as needed...!) for our annual mid-winter getaway. The beach was wild, wintry, often deserted... perfect!! The v large, covered decking is perfect for us, with space to move and play and relax, together with large spacious lawn. Such a wonderful place to play and chill and to work on our various creative projects.

We had a relaxing few nights at the property. The yard was fully fenced for our three dogs. The fire place was a nice touch due to it being cold & it was a central location to the main shops, ventnor dog beach & the penguin parade. Would definitely stay here again.😊

This property never dissapoints. Far enough out of Cowes to be peaceful, but close enough for the teens to move between. 5 minutes walk to the beach. My family look forward to this annual stay every new years!

Fantasticfamily included fur babies holiday

Simply one of the best places we have found and was perfect for the family. it was 2 minutes drive to Red Rocks beach, about 5 minutes into the middle of Cowes and the house was so well appointed and catered to our every requirement. The communication from the host was second to none, and they were totally accomodating on a small special request when asked. i would so highly recommend to anyone.
