"Absolutely stellar stay. They staff went above and beyond. Our luggage was lost, we had rented a campervan and they were willing to accept it when it came so we could at least tour Edinburgh and not waste a day. We are also staying when we fly out."

"Good central location for trains, buses and access to them. Just a short walk. Great buffet for breakfast."

"Walkable to terminal which is the main draw, my room was in need of maintenance, water temps in bathroom are only warm so no hot showers, also thermostat was locked down so I could not make the room warm."

"Great location, accommodated early arrival times on both occasions, very clean. Quick 20 mins to airport. Will stay again."

"Love this property! The castle outside of our room was a absolute extra and so beautiful. The staff was awesome and I don’t know the name of the young man who did our housekeeping, but he was absolutely wonderful. The food was very tasty, especially the meat pie.! overall, wonderful experience!"

"Clean room, convenient to shops and restaurants. Easy check in and check out. Parking was a breeze as well."

"Everything was very clean and tidy . Breakfast was very good and substantial."

"Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas of the city."

"Perfect place to stay to enjoy both Old town and New town. Clean hotel with attentive and friendly staff!"

"Very friendly staff. Nice enough rooms, except I really disliked the shower layout because the whole bathroom got wet. The sauna was nice but pool was rather cold. Great location and would for sure stay here again!"

"The hotel overall was great, the room sizes good, the beds a little too hard in our opinion. We would stay here again if in Edinburgh."

"We have stayed at this property many times. This time we had a small room with no coffee machine and there was very little hot water on the last day. Have had much better previously so this time was disappointing."

"Basic hotel / as expected but location is great since it is right next to Royal Mile yet still on a quiet street. Preferable if you want to be right there but not in too crazy an area Amenities were limited, there was no safe or fridge in the room which was odd Definitely does the job if you are here for a few days to sightsee"
