The triple bed room, although compact, was very clean, comfortable and adequate. Cooked brekkie was very good. And all at a very low cost for accommodation and brekkie! Staff were very pkeasant. "Excellent property and brilliant for a short stay. Very easy process to check in and check out. Limited parking on site which meant I had to park on the streets a little walk away from the place. Luckily, it was a weekend which meant I was able to park on the permit holders bay otherwise, I would've been stuck. There was a student party happening close by which meant loud music was being played. Also, the kitchen was closed at 10pm and we arrived late so had to eat the food cold as we did not...

The beds were very comfortable tea and coffee was supplied and when we needed more milk they bought us more. The room also had doors out to a little patio area overlooking a pool with fish and a lawn beyond."
