"Affordable accommodation in good location. Small room made it difficult to find a spot for a large suitcase but otherwise good."

"Everything good except check in was clunky. Arranged to arrive after hours and collected directions to room, except the room allocated was already occupied. Couldn’t contact host as his phone was turned off, so after waiting in lounge room for an hour, I ended up just finding a vacant room and crashing in there for the night. Great value property, just frustrating at check in! "

"Have stayed here multiple times and never disappoints. Large clean bedroom with king sized bed, tv, aircon, small fridge & microwave. Wonderful continental breakfast is included and served overlooking gardens with visiting birds. There are outside table and chairs in the garden to use if desired. Perfect location in Cowaramup to discovery surrounding areas. Pam was a wonderful host."

"A clean and comfortable room in a tastefully decorated house. I was disappointed by the road noise, so would recommend choosing a room at the rear. Furthermore, Room 1 has the outdoor seating area immediately outside its window creating some noise and a lack of privacy. It was also strange never to set eyes on the owners or to be offered breakfast, particularly as an earlier reviewer had said how much they had enjoyed the breakfast!"
