"Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day....

The house was the perfect size for my family and was exactly as described. The only thing we recommend is TVs in the rooms. Other than that we would definitely book again in the future."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Great location for us. My mom lives 5 minutes away. The house is very cute with great views of the lake. The beds were very comfortable. My biggest complaint would be that you cannot cook in this house unless you bring your own cookwear and small appliances. The ones provided are horrible. There is not even an electric hand mixer. However, if you only use baking sheets to cook they have you covered."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at The Cottage in Monroe. The beautiful historic home is clean and spacious with restored hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. The wide front porch and well-equipped pool and patio area were especially relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and our hosts supplied everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The downtown Monroe area is walkable with fabulous restaurants and cute shops. I highly recommend Jordan and Patrick as your hosts!"

"The family had a fantastic time! The house was great! The owners have it equipped with just about anything and everything you need. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, there was plenty of room for our wedding party to comfortably hang out and enjoy. There was plenty of room for the kids to play and enjoy outside in the yard. The 2 decks were wonderful for eating or simply relaxing. The lake and scenery is beautiful as well! An overall amazing weekend with family, fun, and a wedding!"

"Our family stayed for Father’s Day weekend and we had a blast. House was clean and had plenty of room for our blended family. Dock was spacious and location provided the perfect area for the kids to swim and for us to quickly get to the big part of the lake to ride jet skis and take the kids out on the tube. The host was very informative and helpful with everything and even checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!!"

"I was looking for something local and home-like when I planned my trip to see my mom in Conyers, GA. This apartment was perfect! Full size kitchen, two full size bathrooms, extremely comfortable beds, and the neighborhood was very nice and welcoming. "We had such a great weekend, despite the weather being cloudy and rainy. The view of the lake was just as beautiful from the inside than it was from the outside. We grew up in the area but have moved away as adults. We were in town for our nieces graduation and it was a perfect location for our family to casually come visit us while we were in town.
