"This hotel was above and beyond. First the check in with Christine was flawless and so enjoyable. She was the best front desk clerk I have ever encountered! The breakfast was very good. The room was super clean and comfy! All in all a great stay!!"

"The Omni Homestead is amazingly beautiful! To steward this historic property and keep it in this condition is a feat in and of itself! It’s also nestled in a beautiful area, although I wish they would invest a bit in downtown Hot Springs. It would be great to have another restaurant option for busy nights. It was packed while we were there. Three weddings! I think that made the Saturday pool experience a little subpar (hard to find a chair and they stopped serving food for a while) and an attention to detail a little lacking at times (hair in the shower drain when we arrived, water stations not refilled, public bathrooms needing to be cleaned and restocked toward the end of the day and our room keys turned off even though we paid for a late checkout). All that to say it seemed like they were stretched thin on staff, but the actual staff could not have been nicer! These minor things did not overshadow the beauty of the resort or the great time we had - you just expect a lot when you pay almost $1000 a night!"

"The property was very nicely decorated. Breakfast was acceptable. Our room was very nice and spacious. However, the toliet in our bathroom made a very loud noise every few minutes. We would have informed the front desk of the noise but after a very long train ride it was late when we arrived and we were having to leave very early the next morning. We had hopes that the noise would stop. The noise didn’t stop and was so loud that no one in our room got any sleep. We made video of the noise for reference if needed."
