"This was my second stay at this property, and everything was just as wonderful as the first stay. The property is clean and well taken care of. It's walking distance to plenty of different restaurants. The host is very attentive and responsive. Overall a great property and one i will definitely stay at again."

"We enjoyed the room decor and found the stay relaxing. We were very disappointed that we were asked to take our own trash outside to a dumpster before leaving. With the cost of the room and the additional resort fee, this was not what I expected. When we inquired about this requirement listed in our checkout instructions, we were told we could take trash to the dumpster if we felt comfortable doing so. This was definitely not how it was stated in the instructions."

"We liked the convenience of the area & all the things within walking distance & the price. Having a parking spot included was a plus. Upon checking in we noticed a puddle of water in the bedroom coming from a leaking air conditioner. We called the host & they answered the phone immediately. They contacted maintenance to fix the issue. The place was fairly clean but the floors should have been swept better, especially in the corners. The only thing we didn’t like about the place was not having an oven to bake anything in. We like to cook & even if there was a small countertop toaster oven that would have been more convenient. Overall satisfied & will stay there again when we plan another trip in the area."

"This is a wonderful, roomy, comfortable home. The beds were big and comfortable and more than enough for the 17 of us. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of street parking (the city does street cleaning - one side on Monday morning and the other side on Tuesday morning) The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes and silverware - even had sugar, salt, pepper and spices). We were there during a big storm and were without power for several days. We found 3 big candles and played games by candlelight. We would stay here again."
