"The hotel itself was fine, but the housekeeping service was concerning. Our room was not cleaned at all, the towels weren’t replaced, and the bed was never made. I’m not sure if this was an oversight or normal practice, but it was definitely unexpected for us."

"The room was okay, but the service is bad. there’s not enough wash towel there’s only one provided. The body is empty bottle. We have to pay parking which is ridiculous never heard a hotel charge you for a parking. We called the front desk to ask body wash they told us that we have to go pick it up at the fronts desk that sucks. The toilet was continuously flashing. The tub is clogged. Not happy I would not recommend this place."

"Everything was great. Very clean and convenient for what we were doing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple, but good. Only improvement might be adding more fruits to the breakfast menu (e.g. bananas, berries, etc.) One other suggestion is about the toilet. It was really high and a bit uncomfortable for shorter people like myself, so in the event a replacement is necessary, might consider slightly shorter ones. Overall, very comfortable and nice place to stay."

Washer machines that take quarters yet front office had no quarters. Elevators sounded like they were about to break, floors throughout property were not maintained.
