Cottage with heated pool, private garden, and air conditioning

Vanessa welcomes you to a former sheepfold that she has carefully renovated for your comfort. This single-story cottage, with its covered saltwater pool (6x3m, 1.50m deep), promises wonderful holiday memories.

Bonus: the pool is heated year-round, so you can enjoy it in any season! Please note that the pool is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (please inquire with our booking center).

The reversible air conditioning will be a real plus in the summer. And for even more enjoyment: hiking and walks starting from the cottage, a bistro restaurant with live music in Couzon (3km), the Micro-Folies museum, and Street Art City in Lurcy-Lévis (21km).

Ground floor: open-plan kitchen and living room. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people at a rate of €15 per person per night. Two bedrooms for two people each, a bathroom (walk-in shower with seat / toilet with grab bar) adapted for people with reduced mobility. The owner makes and sells homemade jams, syrups, and fruit jellies on-site using local products. Her poultry farm is located nearby.

The cottage's amenities include: bed linens provided and beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning, and towels. Heating and electricity are also included.

Need more guests? A second cottage for 2 to 4 people is attached. They are separated by a gabion wall to ensure peace and privacy for everyone.

Electric car charging is prohibited; charging stations are available in Bourbon l'Archambault (11 km).

Wonderful!!

Immaculate property, very clean, very comfortable. One of the nicest gites I have ever stayed in. Perfectly accessible for my teenage daughter who is a wheelchair user. The pool was amazing and we spent hours swimming. Rural location perfect for anyone who wants a quiet and relaxed holiday. Host Vanessa was friendly and welcoming. Overall, it really couldn’t have been better and I would 100% recommend this property.

Off the beaten track

A pair of adjacent Gites has been created from an old barn. Our one had a swimming pool accessible directly from the house with a canopy that could be rolled back in good weather. The pool is not suitable for young children or anyone who might be unable to step in unaided. External areas are not wheelchair accessible though accommodation is on one level with wide doorways. Well equipped. The property is surrounded by farmland and very quiet. Owners live on the estate in a separate building. They do not speak much English but willing to use Translate software on phone so we had no trouble commu icating. Loved the pool, accomodation and location andare returning next year.

Une très belle maison tout confort et une superbe piscine couverte chauffée

Nous avons passés 6 jours au top. Tout est fait dans la maison pour se sentir comme chez soi. Il ne manque rien, tout est neuf. Maison très propre dans un endroit très calme et reposant. La piscine chauffée couverte est top. Les contacts avec la propriétaire, sa sympathie et sa disponibilité sont irréprochables. On vous recommande vivement d'y aller.
