"The hotel and room were beautiful and very clean. Plus our room had the largest flatscreen I had ever seen in a hotel room. The restaurant on premises was a very welcome perk. And the food was very good. While we had a rental car, I also noted the shuttle to take passengers to Charles de Gaule."

"We recently stayed at Ki Space Hotel as a family of 3adults &2children&were disappointed with several aspects of our stay.At check-in the male receptionist was not welcoming nor accommodating.We were informed the hotel doesnt use room keys &instead sends access codes to a mobile phone.As I have a disability I explained that I found this difficult &asked if there was an alternative but was told there wasn’t due to the hotel’s eco-friendly policy.We were also required to pay tourist tax & a holding deposit immediately despite explaining our cards were in our luggage and asking to retrieve them first.Food&beverage service throughout our stay was extremely poor.In the restaurant,we advised staff of a food allergy&requested no sauce on one burger, yet it arrived covered in sauce.The replacement took so long that the fries were cold & finished before the corrected meal arrived.We also waited around 25minutes for drinks at a quiet bar.Breakfast service was equally disappointing, with empty food items including bread & cake taking 10–15 minutes to replenish despite repeated requests to staff.This level of service is unacceptable for a 4star hotel.Finally on Saturday afternoon my son took his 5year-old daughter to the swimming pool&was very uncomfortable to find a group of men behaving inappropriately, posing provocatively&taking photos of each other on a mobile phone. No staff member intervened or addressed the situation which we found entirely unsuitable in a family-friendly hotel."

"Warm friendly welcoming, with welcome drinks included on arrival. Breakfast was included, range of fresh pancakes, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, cold meats/cheeses, baguettes, fruit juice, coffee and bacon/scrambled eggs/sausages. Something for everyone. Lovely air conned rooms, kettle and coffee machine along with water provided everyday. Also ate in the evening one night, nice pizza and kids chicken nuggets/chips. 5 minute walk to train station and a minute further on for shopping mal. Used as a base for disney and was very easy to navigate. Would definietly stay again."

"We stayed during a heat wave and the air-conditioning and ice machines couldn't cope. Apparently it is being renovated which it needs. Our bathroom plugs didn't plug, the bathroom door didn't fully close . However, we weren't visiting to stay in a hotel so none of this really mattered. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We couldn't book a reservation for food but it was not an issue as we ate at the parks. For what you need, its fine."
