- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower, hair dryer and washing machine.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A north-facing balcony of 4.6 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
You will have the opportunity to take advantage of a large number of activities accessible on foot from the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, walks along the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, casino, visit of the Juno Beach museum...
We advise you to go to the beautiful market in the centre on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking in the basement of the flat (1 vehicle), with remote control door and access to the floors from the lift.

- The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
