Frigo en fin de vie, lave-vaisselle qui ne lave pas, chaises de la cuisine cassées, stores à l'étage idem, rambarde pour accéder à la chambre des enfants idem, lits pour les enfants trop petits, poubelle devant la porte pour tout le quartier, sinon pas mal situé

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad. Het huisje ligt op loopafstand van het dorpje en het strand. Inchecken was wat gek, we hadden via VRBO gevraagd hoe we moesten Inchecken, geen reactie. Op de dag van aankomst ruim op tijd onze aankomsttijd via een bericht gestuurd, ook geen reactie. Dus we zijn er maar gewoon naar toe gereden. Bleek de sleutel gewoon op tafel te liggen. Helemaal goed hoor, maar een reactie was prettig geweest. Verder hebben we tijdens ons verblijf aangegeven dat de matras in de 1e slaapkamer écht vervangen moet worden, de trapleuning naar zolder eraf ligt en dat de vaatwasser niks meer schoon maakt omdat de sproeiarmen vol troep zitten. Er komt dus geen water meer doorheen. Ook geen reactie op ontvangen. Kortom; prima locatie voor een kort verblijf. Maar het zou nóg beter kunnen zijn als ze even wat aandacht asn het huisje schenken. react.

Nous avons reçu un accueil très professionnel et chaleureux. La personne de contact est super réactive. Pour la maison, vieilles pierres, escalier et parquet avec énormément de caché. Il faudrait juste bien préciser que les lits dans la chambre au 2eme sont pour des tout petits enfants et peut-être revoir les installations qui sont un peu juste au niveau solidité.

Manque de finition, et l'étage tout en haut n'est pas approprié pour des enfants, car escalier dangereux et ma fille de 11ans n'a pas pu dormir dans le lit, il a fallut mettre le matelas par terre. La salle a manger est très agréable

Maison bien située, joliment décorée. Quelques détails à revoir: dernier étage dangereux d'accès pour enfants. Lave vaisselle inutile car ne lave pas les assiettes... d'ailleurs nous avons dû laver la vaisselle dans les placards en arrivant (sale). Et pas d'eau chaude pendant 1 jour et demi.

Les normes de sécurité ne sont pas respectées pour la sécurité, pas de détecteur de fumée, pas de rampe pourtant obligatoire dans l’escalier, pas de barrière de sécurité au 2 eme étage pur les enfants. Le propriétaire engagé sa responsabilité en cas d’accident. Appartement en très bon état , à recommander.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement de la maison à proximité des commerces et d'un parking, mais au calme ; il y a un peu de marche à pied pour rejoindre la plage mais cela reste proche. La maison est magnifiquement restaurée avec beaucoup de goût. Petit bémol tout de même, le dernier étage ne nous a pas semblé optimal pour l'accueil de très jeunes enfants de moins de 4 ans (accès un peu trop difficile et petites finitions à faire pour rendre l'endroit vraiment sécurisé). Accueil très sympathique par la conciergerie. Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances en famille.

We booked Ornella’s house to use it as a home base while we explored the D-Day landing beaches and Mont St. Michel. We stayed for 3 nights in March 2023. The main floor is one large and comfortably furnished room with the kitchen, living and dining rooms. There is plenty of natural light that brightens the room during the day. Street noise was minimal. There is a 2-piece washroom off the kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked perfectly. The washing machine and drying rack were very handy. Note, you must supply your own laundry detergent & dishwasher tabs. Dish soap & house cleaning chemicals were supplied. There is an extra fee for linens for beds/bath/kitchen. The two bedrooms with queen-sized beds are located on the second floor as well as a full bathroom with shower. The attic is equipped with toddler sized beds. The property was clean and everything worked. The apartment is located within walking distance of the downtown of Courseulles-sur-Mer so it is quite convenient for picking up groceries. There is ample free parking on the street to the side of the apartment. The apartment is equipped to handle babies and toddlers, if needed. There was a high chair, portable baby bath tub and small toddler beds on the third floor. A play pen could easily fit in either bed room. Note, there is no yard at this apartment but a small paved terrace for sitting. This is a clean, well maintained rental and I would recommend it.
