Located in a quiet area of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this pleasant 30 m² flat sleeps 2 people and is just 30 m from the beach. It has a friendly atmosphere and is being gradually renovated by the owners.
You will have all the necessary comfort for a successful stay: living room and pleasant loggia, equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a travel cot, a bathroom with shower and a loggia. Bicycle room.
Bed linen and towels are extra.

Located on the 1st floor, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area :
- Living area with a sofa bed, TV, DVD player and direct access to the loggia
- Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Dining table

- A bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, and a direct access to the loggia through a large bay window
- A shower room with shower, washbasin, WC

Le Pavillon "Déception sur le confort 🙂 L'emplacement à côté de la plage, sa proximité du centre ville et de toutes les plages du Débarquement. Immeuble calme. Pas d'ascenseur. Dommage pour transporter les valises.... 🙁 L'appartement est vraiment très petit. Les marmites et casseroles étaient inutilisables en très mauvais état, coin cuisine extrêmement exigu, micro onde placé trop haut, plaque chauffante ébréchée, balcon très étroit, chambre sans placard de rangement. Nous n'avons pas pu vider nos valises il n'y a ait rien pour ranger les vêtements. J'ai signalé l'état de la vaisselle au concierge dès mon arrivée,."

Bon séjour à la découverte des plages et musées sur le débarquement. 🙂 Charmant petit logement en bordure de mer, calme en cette période car peu de logements occupés dans l'immeuble. Place parking privée. Rapport qualité prix incroyable avec ménage compris. Possibilité d'aller en centre ville à pieds. Service conciergerie très accueillant et réactif. Possibilité de location de matériels. Bien placé dans le cadre de notre visite pour découvrir les plages du Débarquement à l'occasion du 80ème anniversaire. 🙁 Coin chambre un peu exigu, mais fait le job. La douche un peu petite pour les grands gabarits."

Le Pavillon "Séjour â Courseulles sur mer 🙂 Apparemment calme, bien équipé. Le plus grand avantage est d'être près de la mer. 🙁 L'appartement doit être mieux nettoyé et peut-être revoir la décoration intérieure et enlever ce qui n'est pas nécessaire dans le balcon."

Le Pavillon Appartement en bordure de plage, dans un quartier agréable et tranquille, pas trop éloigné des commerces et restaurants. Place de parking privé. Logement confortable et bien équipé. Au premier étage, très bien situé. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Appartement très bien conçu où il n'y a que la promenade à traverser pour rejoindre la plage et la mer. Parking privé à disposition. Les commerces à environ 15/20 mn de marche très agréable avec un très beau marché 2 fois par semaine. Belle région Normande. Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés.
