The ground floor comprises an entrance/living area with a comfortable sofa and TV, opening to the terrace, alongside a well-equipped kitchen/dining area. Additionally, there's a bedroom and a convenient shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs, a central open space includes a second living area with a sofa and TV, two bedrooms.



The outdoor space features a private heated swimming pool with dimensions of 7.5m x 3.6m and a depth of 1.6m, secured by an electric shutter. A pool house offers amenities like a sink, refrigerator, and a gas plancha. Access is through a remote-controlled electric gate, providing parking space for up to three vehicles.



The holiday home is situated near a road on the outskirts of the village of Cours-de-Pile, with all convenience stores reachable within a 5-minute walk. More shops in Creysse (5 km) or Bergerac (8 km).
