"We've stayed in many self catering cottages and had a very different experience in this one. On VRBO the gite is advertised as having a lake view, its no where near a lake! After we'd paid for the gite the owner contacted us for €300 cash deposit, and told us about additional electricity charges per day. There was no mention of this on VRBO, so the owner waived the charge. We arrived at 4pm on a Sunday and immediately had to find a supermarket as no basics/welcome pack was provided e.g bread,...

"Le gite pour 10 personnes est à l'étage (d'un autre gîte plus grand), on ne peut donc accéder directement à l'espace vert au tables pique nique etc..., il faut descendre deux escaliers et contourner l'ensemble du bâtiment. L'accès à la salle de jeux (baby foot) n'est pas possible pour la location familiale à 9-10 personnes.
